HARVESt USA plans to hire a Team Leader

The position is being created as Tim Geiger is leaving to become HARVEST USA's Executive Director in Philadelphia. The Pittsburgh Team Leader will be the chief ministry enployee in the Pittsburgh office, and will oversee a a small ministry staff in that office. WPSW met March 31st at North Way Christian Community. Harvest USA announced some exciting changes in both Pittsburgh and in the National Office in Philadelphia. Meir Clinics has oppened a new office in Elizabeth Township. Two of the family support groups, Keeping On and Bravehearts have added PAC ministries. (Parents of Adult Children.) Four new members are being considered and a list of churches offering support groups for sexual brokeness will so0n be added. "and the Lord added to their number daily-" Acts 3:1
Cardinal's Statement on Catholics for Equality

Catholics for Equality is not Catholic .......
Cardinal Donald Wuerl, the archbishop of Washington, has issued a statement saying that the Washington-based group, Catholics for Equality should not be recognized as a Catholic organization. The cardinal noted that the group misrepresents Catholic teaching and advocates for legislation that challenges the definition of marriage and sexuality, presenting "its own view of life and morality," rather than Church teaching.
"Catholics for Equality is an organization that is Catholic in name only, is misleading in its use of the term Catholic and has no recognition or status in the Catholic Church," the cardinal said in his statement.

Bravehearts or PAC?
Bravehearts supports families confronting gay issues. Parents with adult children are in the majority. PAC is a prayer group of parents with adult children (over 18). Both groups have a lot in common. They are concerned about their kids from 18 to whenever. If that behavior is sinful everyone is on the same page.
We just happened to "stumble" (with the help of the Holy Spirit) upon Galatians 6:1 which says: "Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently." Sounds great but where do we start?
A Braveheart parent, whose former lesbian daughter, now married with a beautiful family, was led by the Holy Spirit to change her prayer perspective.
